I have this version of the lock. I dont advice to buy it at all. I am having bunch of problems with it. The engine of the lock is not strong enough. It stops working all of a sudden and gives you the jammed fail. I dont even know how many times I had problems getting in the house. And the only thing they say is we r working on it. Seriously dont waste your money. If you ask me the best is YALE the second version.

I've been waiting for someone to create a robot that could carry a tray and take it where needed! It's a game changer for disabled people who need help carrying things around the house. I don't need all the extra stuff so I hope you release a simplified tall tray attachment.

Not sure I trust switchbot on this. Bought 4x of their smart outlets . . . All 4 worked perfectly, but have now all failed and bricked at different times within a year of purchase. Thought it may have been a bad batch so reordered one more . . . also bricked within a year. So yeah, they can't make reliable outlets, but trust them to make a robot, nope

What about the initial wifi connection issues that we face? I have 2 devices in different homes and all faces the same initial issues where the robot doesn’t connect to wifi. Have to spend hours of reseting and ON/ OFF and then it may work
